1580 W3rd Ave: Rezoning Approved

We are pleased to announce that the rezoning application at 1580 W 3rd Ave has been approved by the City of Vancouver!

Located next to the beautiful Granville Island, the 160-room hotel proposal is slated to be the first mass timber hotel in Vancouver and the tallest mass timber hotel in North America. This rezoning approval is an exciting step forward in helping meet Vancouver’s need for both hotels and sustainable construction.

We would like to extend our deepest thanks to Vancouver City Council, staff and our project partners whose time, feedback and expertise have all made this possible. We look forward to the next phase in bringing this project to life.
